2. What data do we collect and why?
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily decide to contact us by filling out the Booking Form. The data collected are:
- First and Last Name
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
- Arrival date and number of guests
- Any messages or special requests entered in the designated area
Purpose: We use this data exclusively to check the availability of the facility, respond to your request, and organize your reception. We do not use your data to send you advertising newsletters, and we never transfer them to third parties.
3. How long do we keep the data?
The data sent via the booking form are kept for the time strictly necessary to manage your request and your possible stay. At the end of your stay, the data will be deleted within 12 months, except for data required for legal obligations (e.g., billing and tax records).
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you always have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request the rectification or deletion of the same (Right to be forgotten).
- Object to their processing.
